160: pb affecting cc modules?

Certain pitchbend events seem to be causing cc midi input modules to jump to center value (64). Can't pin down whether it's triggered by a specific pb value, or a rapid fire of just any pb events, but it happens pretty often.

This one is still happening in build 163. Seems to be specific to my Berglund NuRAD wind controller, but I don't think there's anything improper that it is sending. I don't see this issue when using the NuRAD to control any other synths.

The entries for channel 1 are from my m-audio ks88, and they do not trigger the problem, but on channel 11 is my NuRAD and when it sends pitchbend, Mela is centering all CCs at 64, even though no CCs are being sent. The Raw bytes mixed in there are also coming from the NuRAD, some kind of heartbeat signal I think, I wouldn't expect that they are a factor but I left them in for reference anyway.

Jon Diercks: Thanks for finding this one. It would have confused a lot of Mela users. It should be fixed in build 164. Let me know.
